Edward D'Agostino has extensive experience representing sellers, purchasers, investors and developers in the acquisition and disposition of real property.  He is familiar with all facets of purchase and sale agreements, contract negotiation, due diligence, and resolution of title issues. 

He has handled hundreds of real estate transactions from contract to closing, including single-family homes, cooperative and condominium units, vacation and investment properties, as well as mixed-use and commercial properties throughout the Metropolitan New York area.  

In addition, Edward D'Agostino is well versed in landlord/tenant matters involving lease disputes and summary proceedings including holdover and non-payment proceedings as well as the collection of delinquent and rental arrears.  He serves as house counsel to several property managers and landlords, providing assistance in lease drafting and dealing with problematic tenants.
